“Using Your Walls as Nature’s Canvas”
It has become an unfortunate reality that as a building footprint goes up, a green space is displaced. In response, the “Going Green” campaign is now at the forefront of the corporate, business, private, and public sectors. We are now faced with new and challenging problems to come up with solutions to replace the “green” in areas where there is no longer space for it. In an urban environment where concrete replaces greenery and there is little space for planting, our response becomes – Why not plant up!? EcoWalls, LLC has created an innovative vertical planting system by moving the green footprint onto a building’s interior walls and/or façade. Our proprietary vertical planting panels not only provide the canvas for an interior “rainforest”, but also serve as a natural air purification system.
